What can & can’t I return?

Can return:

Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags still attached.

• Footwear in its original box.
• Wedding Gowns in the original packaging with the ribbon still attached.

Can’t return:

• Cosmetics
• Hair Accessories
• Hosiery
• Hats
• Lingerie
• Earrings
• Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
• Adult Toys
